Lovely Hotel with very welcoming owners, nothing too much trouble. The bedroom and en suite were modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean and tea and coffee making facilities very welcome. Great breakfast with a fantastic choice, including local specialities.

We were warmly welcomed, accommodation was comfortable, homely and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with many choices available and beautifully presented. The owner was available to see to our needs at breakfast, and available to chat and offer advice on where to go, what to see, etc, as necessary. I particularly liked having proper porridge, made from oatmeal, rather than oatflakes; and home made marmalade and jam. We enjoyed the tea making facilities in the bedroom, which were not the basic two tea-bags, but offered choice of beverage and a number of biscuits and sweets.

The breakfast at Turas-Maras was absolutely 5 star with fantastic choice, home made ingredients and local produce. The guest house is in a great location 5 minutes from the town centre and station. Our double room was quite small but extremely well equipped. The hospitality tray had delicious cookies, sweets and all the tea and coffee you might need, even a bottle of water . The decoration in the room and bathroom was lovely and it was all spotless. Toiletries were good quality and even cotton wool balls and cotton buds were provided for make up removal.Jackie is a lovely friendly person who made us most welcome.

In September, I had possibly the best stay at Turas-Mara Guesthouse. The staff were very welcoming and always had a smile. The rooms were perfect and fantastic, with a variety of options and free Wi-Fi. There was also plenty of tea. The guesthouse is in a great location, close to Pirate Pete's, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local area.

The room and en-suite were spotlessly clean and well appointed, with facilities for tea/c offee, bisduits, sweets, shower gel, etc. There was a wide choice of breakfast options. It is close to the town centre, shops, restaurants etc. It has off-street parking.
